As of yesterday I am 30 years old and 30 weeks prego, and when you can’t booze, people give you cakes, which is alright by me. My sweet husband bought me a flan from our neighborhood Mexican restaurant, and I didn’t even have time to take pictures before it was gone. I have big problems controlling myself around flan.
I do want to post pictures of the lemon curd doberge cake my sister made. Fondant frosting, candied lemons, AND ALL. Pretty good for a girl from California, especially considering that just last week I was still pronouncing it “doh-bur-gee.”
